Nicole L. Bouie of New Orleans, LA is the Founder and Executive Director of CCEC.   She is a former OPSB educator and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. 

Ursula Randle is CCEC’s Board President  and a 37 year Respiratory therapist, poker player, sports lover a graduate of Nicholls State University and Morgan City native.

Beverly “Bev” Nichols has called New Orleans home since 1972.  She is a retired CPA, she is the former  Tax and Employee Benefit Consulting Director at Bourgeois Bennett, L.L.C.  and the Board Treasurer of CCEC.

Beverly Collins is a retired School Teacher and a current Real Estate Agent who was born and raised in New Orleans.   She is a proud Alumna of the University of New Orleans (Bacholer of Science and Master of Arts) who applies her love of education to her work at CCEC.  

Antonio Condley  is a New Orleans Native and a graduate of Southern University of New Orleans. Mr. Condley has retired from the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals and is currently working as a probation officer within the Jefferson Parish Juvenile system. His love of culture and community make him an asset to the CCEC family.


Liande Wainie was born, raised, displaced and returned to New Orleans.  She is an muralist, artist and a bass player with Limited Edition.    She loves that CCEC connects youth and elders to do something meaningful for her community.

Bill Ives grew up in Carrollton area in 1950s.   In the 1970s, he worked with local community groups in Boston and New York.   He returned home to New Orleans in 2012 and became involved with several local groups, among them the CRNA (he is their Vice President) and teaches painting classes at CCEC.  He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and has conducted research on child development.

Colin Gros is a native of Vacherie (Zachery), LA who lives in Baton Rouge.  He has know Nicole since they were students at Louisiana State University.    Colin is a history buff, a gardener, sports fan and former Louisiana Gaming Control Board employee.
