AfterSchool and Summer
Programming for Youth


Our After School Program supports elementary and middle school age youth who live in or are connected to the Leonidas area of New Orleans from our Pension Town community center, Monday through Friday from 3:30pm and close at 6:30pm.
We provide internet and computer access to young people who need it to complete their homework.
We support homework completion and tutoring in Math and English Language Arts. 
We have weekly group conversations or workshops about issues that impact young people and weekly
youth enrichment activities.
 
Our 2020 program starts on January 7, 2020.
We have space for 25 youth

Snacks and an evening meal are provided.

Our program is $50 per child, per month.

Summer is around the corner!

Are you a parent, grandparent, auntie or uncle of a 6-13 year old? 
Do you want them to learn about their Louisiana history and culture? What about a youth Cooking Class? If yes, we can make that happen! 

Our Taste of New Orleans and Louisiana History Summer Camp will enter it's 11th year and runs Monday- Friday from 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. $200.00 per child per week. Camp begins on June 22, 2020 and will end July 24, 2020. For a schedule of activities and an application please submit your information and register.
